New Content Library Now Available

If you've purchased Content Management features, you’ll notice a brand-new Content Library experience starting today!

Based on your feedback (thank you!), we’ve added a number of helpful updates:

• Group content by location
• Share content across locations
• Tag content types (Vertical, Horizontal, Mobile, etc.)

We’ve also added specialized folders to help you stay organized:

• Branding Folder – Restrict uploads to select users, while keeping the assets available for everyone to use.
• Shared Folder – A central spot for content shared across all locations.
• My Folder – A personal space containing all the content you've uploaded or created.

New Playlist Manager

Along with the Content Library update, we’ve also redesigned the Playlist Manager.

All of your playlists are now in one place, with new tools to make them easier to manage:

• Tag playlist types (Vertical, Horizontal, Mobile, etc.)
• Share playlists with all locations or a selected group
• Reorder playlists easily using drag and drop </aside>

Screen and Mobile

• Messaging bar: Do you have an emergency notice, a last minute surprise for your residents, or is there a new employee benefit you want to announce? Check out the new Messaging bar! Designed to quickly and easily add a scrolling bar of text along the bottom of your Screen or Mobile, this feature is unique to each display and will scroll continuously until you turn it off. Set text color, background color, and even scroll speed.
• Enhanced Screen and Mobile open window For those with lots of Screens and Mobile to manage, the open window that pops up to find those can get a little difficult to use. Thanks to user feedback, we have added the ability to sort the data by clicking on the label at the top of any column. We have also clearly identified Screen vs Mobile, added more details around the location’s name and address, as well as more information on what’s playing. </aside>

Screen and Mobile

• More playlist slides: You let us know that 5 playlist slides weren’t enough, and we agree! You can now add up to 10 slides per playlist. Simply navigate to your playlist and to the right of Slide 5 you will see a small right facing arrow. Press that to scroll for more slides. Oh, and don’t worry, we are working on an update to bring you unlimited slides per playlist. Stay tuned! </aside>

Foresight

• Rerun reports: Now you can quickly and easily rerun any Foresight report with the press of a button. Simply load the report you want to rerun, press the cycle button in the top right of the navigation bar, make any adjustments or changes to the settings and press Go. That’s it! </aside>
