Welcome to Actionfigure Portal! In this guide, we will go through the basics of getting your first playlist us and running. If you have any questions or if there is anything we missed, feel free to reach out to [email protected] for additional assistance.

Log in to your Actionfigure Portal account by visiting home.actionfigure.ai. From the homepage, select the playlist tab.

You should now see a screen displaying your blank content library and playlist. Before we are able to create a playlist, we’ll want to upload your slides and messages to your content library at the top of the screen. To do this, click on one of the add an image icons shown in the content library section.

You should now see a window allowing you to create a new piece of content for your playlist.

Once you’ve added enough pieces of content, you’re ready to make your first playlist! Click the + button in the playlist section to add a playlist.

Give your playlist a quick name and click create.

Drag and drop your content into your slides in the playlist section to build determine what will be displayed and the order it will be shown.

You can change how long each piece of content will be displayed by editing the time dropdown underneath each slide. In this case, we want to show our transit content for 30 seconds before rotating to our other two slides for 10 seconds each.

Once you are done, click Save Playlist.
Now it is time to activate this playlist so it displays on your screen. In the left sidebar click the Screen button.

In the content management section of the screen page, click Playlist from the list of options and then select the playlist we just made from the drop down menu.
Hint: If you have multiple screens, use the blue folder icon in the top left to select the screen you want to edit

Once you have made these changes, you should see a red save icon appear in the top right corner of the screen. Click this to save the changes and publish your playlist to your screen!

You’re playlist is now up and running! To preview how things look, click the eye icon in the top right corner.
