Additional Wifi Configuration:

If you plan to use a WiFi connection for your Actionfigure Screen, please let your Customer Success Manager know on your onboarding checklist and we will be sure to have your device preprogrammed to connect to your network automatically.

If you have already received your device and need to connect it to a wifi network or are switching from a wired to wireless connection, please follow the steps below.

  1. Plug a USB keyboard and (if possible) a USB mouse into the device.

  2. Restart the device by either pressing the power button or unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.

  3. As soon as the "Display Kit Loading" screen pops up, immediately press Ctrl + Alt + S. This must be done very quickly — if the screen loads instead of taking you to a menu page, you will have to repeat this step.

  4. On the menu page, navigate to the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you have a keyboard that does not have a mouse attachment, you can press the "tab" key on your keyboard to get to this part.

  5. Here, you will see network information. Select WiFi, select the network, and enter the password.

  6. Once connected, you can reboot the device a final time by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in. From there your screen will load in the proper format.
